Justin Lischak Earley serves as Chief Innovation Underwriter for First American Title Insurance, where he leads the Underwriting Innovation Team. The team creates and executes 21st-century underwriting strategies that meld the art of human judgment with the science of technology.

Justin is a multidisciplinary business strategist with range. He explores how to bring diverse worlds together in the intersection of centuries-old legal rules and 21st-century emerging technologies. He deploys both left-brain legal skills and right-brain UX skills to fashion unique and unorthodox solutions to complex business problems.

Matthew is Lead Product Underwriting Counsel at First American Title Insurance Company, where he helps drive the integration of emerging technologies into the title insurance industry. Since graduating from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2012, he has worked extensively in title insurance across all U.S. states and territories. Matthew has a strong focus on innovation, including Generative AI, and co-authored research exploring its application within the real estate and title industries. He has also played a key role in the submission of multiple patents that combine artificial intelligence with title insurance solutions.
