James Betson joined First American Title Insurance Company in 2009 and has worked in the title industry since 1997. He currently serves as Senior Division Underwriter for the National Commercial Services division, supporting complex commercial transactions nationwide. Previously, James spent more than a decade as Vice President, Title Department Manager, and Senior Underwriter in the Denver NCS office. He has worked on transactions in all 50 states and served as lead underwriter on several billion-dollar deals. James holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Saint Leo University and is a U.S. Army veteran.

Todd D’Amico brings over 26 years of experience in surveying, mapping, and zoning to FA Commercial Due Diligence Services Co., where he manages national commercial due diligence projects. He has overseen more than 100,000 ALTA Land Survey projects across a wide range of asset types, including multifamily, retail, industrial, and public infrastructure. Todd specializes in coordinating multi-state surveys and managing licensed surveyors and crews. He holds a degree in civil/land surveying from Oklahoma State University, is a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor, and currently serves as Chair of the ALTA/NSPS Land Survey Work Group.
