Every refinance has its complexities, but this one brought a unique set of challenges. Our client was transitioning an agricultural property for future multifamily use and needed a swift, seamless closing to keep their plans on track. 

Midway through the process, ongoing construction and roadwork disrupted title priority and threatened to delay the closing. Acting quickly, our team visited the site to confirm the issue firsthand and worked closely with underwriting to restore a clear title and maintain the client’s timeline. 

Open communication and collaboration among all parties ensured that every detail remained on course. The transaction closed on schedule, protecting our client’s interests and allowing them to maintain their timeline.
